廣東中山市第一中學國際部中美班是由美國青年國際教育發展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center，以下簡稱“中心”）與中山市第一中學聯合管理的自費生國際班，中心負責招聘并主要管理外籍和TOEFL或SAT教師。現因工作需要面向全國招聘TOEFL（SAT）教師1名。
【任職資格】
1.全國211師范院校英語專業畢業，且英語專業八級。
2.具備3-5年的高中或以上英語教學工作經驗，有優秀的英語聽說讀寫能力，有海外留學和工作經驗者優先。
3.陽光開朗，表現力強；積極與師生溝通，善于調動課堂氣氛；有在培訓機構TOEFL和SAT教學經驗者優先。
4.了解TOEFL、SAT等出國考試，曾參加TOEFL或SAT考試、并獲得高分者優先。
5.教學責任心強，工作熱情高，對每一位學生負責，能承受工作壓力。
【崗位職責】
1.以小班教學模式教授TOEFL和SAT課程，負責作業的批改和學生的輔導等教育教學工作。
2.能獨立進行TOEFL、SAT課程設置，并根據教學情況及時調整教學計劃。
3.定期完成成績統計和分析，依據學生水平和考試要求有針對性地開展教學活動。
4.協助學生報名并組織參加TOEFL、SAT考試。
5.協助中心加強學生日常管理，保證中美班工作有效運行。
6.完成領導布置的其他學生培訓及教育教學工作。
【教師管理和待遇】
1.該教師由美國青年國際教育發展中心（Young&Z Global Education Enhancement Center）聘用、管理、定期發放薪酬。
2.聘期11個月。2013年9月1日起，2014年7月30日止；其中第一個月為試用期，試用期滿并合格后可續聘。工作優秀者，聘期滿后可再考慮下個循環的續聘，免試用期。
3.工資按月發放，具體事宜面談。
4.中山市第一中學提供免費住宿，一日三餐可在校內食堂享受學校正式員工待遇。
